We are in a state of continued development in several of our operational areas, including Nyköping, which is our most recently established region. Here, we strengthen and further develop our operations with a focus on quality, presence, and long-term sustainability. As we grow, we are also expanding our workforce in the region.
Do you want to help develop the future of HR work in a values-driven, non-profit organization? Are you a relationship-building and solution-focused HR partner with a strong customer focus? Then this role might be for you.
At Mo Gård, you will join a growing and forward-looking operation where engagement, participation, and quality permeate the work – always with the individual's best interests in focus.
About the HR Function
As an HR Partner, you will be based in Nyköping and become part of the regional operational support for Södermanland. We work within a decentralized HR organization closely linked to operations, where you play a central role in supporting unit managers in their daily HR work. In Nyköping, this covers three units and one day activity center, where you provide close HR support in both operational and strategic matters.
The regional operational support is divided into two geographical teams that work closely together across regional borders. In Östergötland, there are two HR Partners and two staffing administrators. In Södermanland, you will work as an HR Partner together with one staffing administrator. Additionally, there is an administrator supporting both regions.
The operation is led by a Senior HR Partner who is the unit manager, who, together with the rest of the organization, is responsible for creating a common direction, high quality, and coordinated operational support. The work is characterized by close collaboration, shared responsibility, and a clear focus on development and operational benefit.
About the Role
As an HR Partner, you play a key role in driving, developing, and ensuring quality in the company's HR processes and strategies, for both current and future needs. Your main tasks will include, among other things:
- Actively working in the recruitment process, as the region is in a growth phase and has a continuous need to attract, recruit, and onboard new employees.
- Develop and follow up on policies, guidelines, and HR processes in areas such as working environment and rehabilitation.
- Act as a qualified support and advisor in complex personnel matters, and contribute with training and decision support for managers and leadership.
- Handle personnel administrative tasks such as employment contracts, statistics, case management, and monitoring of the Employment Protection Act (LAS).
- Drive and contribute to development and improvement work within HR, focusing on efficient processes, structures, and ways of working for the entire operation.
- Monitor the external environment and stay updated within the HR field.
About You
We are looking for you who have an academic degree in human resources, behavioral science, or other relevant education. You have prior extensive experience in broad and qualified HR work.
You have a strong customer focus and always prioritize the needs of the operation. You thrive working independently while collaborating closely with managers and colleagues. You take responsibility for your tasks and plan, organize, and prioritize your work in an effective and structured manner. You are accustomed to delivering high-quality results and contribute to creating trust, engagement, and development throughout the organization. Collaboration is second nature to you, and you are an active part in creating an inclusive and positive work environment.
You have excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, and enjoy communicating in various contexts.
A valid driver's license for passenger cars is required, as the role involves assignments in both Östergötland and Södermanland.
What You Can Expect from Us
At Mo Gård, you join a values-driven context and a growing operation. Here, you become an integral and appreciated part of our success – where your engagement and competence are crucial for the entire operation's development and well-being. You will be part of a competent and cohesive team.
We are facing an exciting development journey with new initiatives and opportunities, and you will have the chance to help shape the path forward.
We have a clear training organization with a wide range of courses, including a basic course on disabilities, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), low-affective interaction, and sign language.
We offer secure employment conditions through collective agreements (Health, Care, and Other Care Services – Fremia), a generous wellness allowance, and various personnel social initiatives that promote community and well-being.
Employment and Application:
The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probationary period. Start date is by agreement, and we apply individual salary setting.
We use psychometric tests in this recruitment. A prerequisite for employment is that you can provide a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (criminal record).
Do you recognize yourself in what we are looking for and want to contribute to our development? Then we look forward to receiving your application!
